I have gambled on millions of hands of 21. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a number of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
