I have gambled on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely fun at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this tactic! And a few days ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
